This probably has to be my favorite DIY project I’ve done to date and I have my friend Natasha to thank for that!
What you will need:
As many mugs as you would like to decorate
Sharpies (recommend using dark colors)
Step 1: Place stickers onto the mugs to use as stencils. If you want to use letters make sure the letters aren’t too bubbly because then this won’t work!
Step 2: Dot around the outline of the sticker so that there is a high concentration of small sharpie marks outlining the letter. Then continue the dots as you go towards the outer edge of the mug. Make sure the dots are less concentrated as you move to the outer edges.
Step 3: Peel off the sticker and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
I’m pretty happy with how mine turned out… I played with my creative side on the back of the mugs!
Total time: 30 minutes
